1. How does the return process work?

If an item does not meet your expectations or you want to return it for other reasons, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the goods . You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods. 2. Who bears the return costs?

Since we are still a young start-up, we unfortunately cannot afford to cover the costs of returns at the moment. The customer is therefore responsible for the shipping costs of the return. However, we are already working on offering you free returns in the future, as customer satisfaction is important to us.

3. How does the refund work?

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.

4. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course cover all return costs and ensure a quick solution. Simply contact our customer service team - we want you to be completely satisfied!

5. Can I exchange items?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend that you place a new order and return the original item to us.
